The rules, in plain words.
You are 18 or older
totokto puts you in a live voice call with a stranger. It is for adults. If you are under 18, you cannot use it.
Talk to people like people
No harassment, no slurs, no sexual content directed at someone who did not ask for it, no threats. Disagreeing about a game is the point. Making someone feel unsafe is not.
Reports lead to removal
Anyone can report you, during a call or after it. A report ends that call immediately. Three reports from three different people suspends the account while a human looks at it. We would rather lose a user than keep a bad one.
Blocking is permanent
If you block someone, or they block you, the two of you will never be matched again. It works in both directions and there is no undo.
Nothing is recorded
No audio is stored, ever. We keep who spoke to whom, for how long, and what you answered to the one private question afterwards. That answer is never shown to anyone. There are no public profiles and no ratings.
Do not record other people
We do not record, and neither should you. Recording someone without their knowledge may also be illegal where you live.
This is an early test
totokto is new and small. It may break, go down, or change. If it is not working we will tell you plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
